Returns

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in a resaleable condition

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty

  • The item arrives damaged

  • We sent the wrong item

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve this quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Items that have been used

  • Items not returned in original condition

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
