When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. Each item is made to order in our UK studio, allowing us to prepare your piece with care and minimise waste - so your order may take a few days to be ready for shipping.

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. If you need your order sooner, please contact us and we’ll always do our best to help.

Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free UK delivery on orders over £40. Delivery pricing is shown at checkout.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Returns page for full details.

Who pays for return postage?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

My item arrived damaged - what should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging so we can resolve this quickly.

Are your products dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing to preserve the finish and longevity of your item.

Our products are designed and made to order in the UK.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the UK. International shipping may be available in the future.
